Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join their manufacturing team in Nuneaton. The role offers day and night shifts with a 12-hour rotating pattern and a salary of £33,000–£43,000 dependent on experience.

You will set and operate CNC milling machines, read engineering drawings, perform in-process inspections, and maintain quality records. A night shift premium, overtime pay, and a company pension are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of machining processes, tooling and precision measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Carry out machine setting, tooling changes and adjustments as required.
• Complete in-process inspections and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report any machining or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
