Job summary

Supreme Recruitment Services Limited, Earlswood, Warwickshire, seeks a skilled CNC Miller/Programmer/Setter/Operator (day and night shifts) who MUST be able to use Fanuc. The role covers both day and night shifts with a 50-hour week and substantial overtime opportunities in a high-precision environment.

You'll program, set and operate 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery to manufacture high-spec components for motorsport and engineering applications, interpreting complex drawings and maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in working to tight tolerances across a range of materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.
• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with hand tools and machining processes. MUST BE ABLE TO USE FANUC
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery.
• Manufacture high-specification components to exact tolerances for motorsport and engineering applications.
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist in efficient machine utilisation.
