Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking a skilled CNC Miller (Milling) for a permanent role in Sittingbourne. You will set and operate CNC milling machines, work with 3- and 5-axis machines, load programs, and ensure production quality in a structured environment.

Qualifications

CNC Miller

Location: Sittingbourne

Salary: Up to £18 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Setter (Milling) to join their modern engineering facility in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business with consistent workload, structured processes, and regular overtime available. Working within a high‑volume, precision engineering environment, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines while ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across production.

Key Responsibilities
