Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to support customers across manufacturing and engineering. The role focuses on CNC machining, metal cutting, and delivering engineered solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.

You will partner with customers, internal sales teams and technical partners to identify opportunities, run tooling trials and promote a broad portfolio of engineered products and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical or engineering sales roles.
• Record of growing sales within manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Lead technical discussions to support new business.
