Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer to drive industrialisation and continuous improvement for CNC machining, finishing, and assembly/test. You will develop standards, parameters and routings while supporting new equipment and automated systems.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, RCA leadership and strong experience in lean/Kaizen and PFMEA. Competitive salary and benefits are offered in a regulated precision engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering in a CNC machining environment.
• Knowledge of finishing, heat treatment and material testing desirable.
• Process optimisation and continuous improvement experience.
• Root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement.
• PFMEA and engineering change management.
• Manufacturing documentation, SOPs and process standards.
• Degree/HNC/HND in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Metallurgy or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, process parameters, routings and engineering documentation.
• Support introduction of new manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to production and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase yield and throughput.
• Support Kaizen, 5S and workflow optimisation.
• Contribute to manufacturing CapEx and capital equipment projects.
• Support factory layout, material flow and production workflow improvements.
