Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years machining experience.
• Experience in CNC turning, manual turning, or both.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with ProtoTRAK, Fanuc and/or Siemens controls.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling and inspection.
• Methodical approach with emphasis on quality and precision.
• Able to use own initiative while contributing to a close-knit team.
• Reliable, professional attitude and pride in high-quality work.

Aufgaben

• Operate, set and program CNC turning machines using ProtoTRAK, Fanuc and/or Siemens controls plus manual turning.
• Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Select tooling, machining methods and processes to achieve required results.
• Carry out first-off inspections and verify components meet drawings and quality standards.
• Plan and complete machining tasks efficiently and independently.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and deliver on time.
