Arabelle Solutions seeks a skilled Machinist for our Service Centre in Rugby. You will operate Mills, Lathes and Drills to manufacture large bespoke components from high-grade metals, ensuring drawings, orders and internal standards are met.
You will read drawings, edit NC programs and perform self-inspection with micrometers and inspection tools, working with EHS, Quality and Continuous Improvement teams to uphold safety and quality requirements.

As a CNC machinist you will manufacture large bespoke items from high grade metals ensuring quality of products and operations are aligned to drawings, customer order requirements as well as internal and regulatory quality standards.
This position requires technical competence in reading drawings as well as the ability to write and edit code to ensure that the end product is manufactured to the highest quality. You will also carry out self inspection on manufactured parts using micrometers and other inspection tools.
Within the role you will work as part of a skilled and experienced workforce, supporting EHS, Quality, Continuous improvement and New Product initiatives in line with business need ensuring compliance to company and general Health and Safety, environmental and quality standards and regulations.
Our machinists work on a rotation basis across 3 shifts (07.00-15.30, 15.15-21.30 and 21.30-07.00) and work Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday if on a night rotation).

This work is undertaken with UK Defence customers which will require any individual applying for the role to hold or be capable of getting SC Level clearance as a UK Passport Holder.
