Job summary

Dovetail And Slate Limited is seeking a CNC/Machinist Lecturer to inspire the next generation of engineers. You will design, deliver and assess machining and CNC programmes, combining hands-on workshop teaching with essential theory and progressive assessments.

You'll bring substantial CNC/machining experience and the ability to teach clearly, while shaping curriculums to stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial practical experience in CNC, machining or precision engineering.
• Ability to teach and demonstrate practical skills clearly to learners.
• Commitment to helping learners achieve and progress.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant Level 3 Qualification

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning, delivering and assessing machining and CNC programmes across a range of levels.
• Delivering a mix of practical workshop teaching and underpinning theory.
• Bringing current industry practice and standards into your teaching.
