Actio Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder for a PM shift in Warwick. You will produce high-precision components using cylindrical and surface grinding, setting and operating CNC and manual machines, and interpreting engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cylindrical and surface grinding.
• Ability to set and operate CNC grinding machinery.
• Experience with Jones & Shipman grinding machines.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate Jones & Shipman CNC Cylindrical Grinding.
• Set and operate manual cylindrical grinding machines.
• Operate manual surface grinding machines.
• Read from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Inspect finished components for tolerance conformance.
• Maintain high quality and housekeeping standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules.
