Job Opportunity: CNC Grinder

We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Grinder to join a market-leading manufacturing business in the Worcester area.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce a wide and varied range of high-tolerance parts used in the manufacture of CNC machines.
2. Understand Fanuc CNC controls and be able to program, edit, and improve existing and new parts.
3. Work within a team of engineers following strict health and safety guidelines and rules.
4. Contribute to a positive workplace culture by engaging in health & safety improvements and kaizen initiatives.
5. Have a solid understanding of cylindrical and universal grinding.
6. Safely operate and set CNC controls.
7. Work collaboratively in a busy manufacturing environment.
8. Program from drawings using Fanuc CNC controls (desirable).
9. Possess or have completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship (desirable).
