Job summary
Sirius Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a CNC/CAD Programmer in Rugby for a permanent role. The position involves programming and setting CNC machines, primarily on 3- and 4-axis machines, with Siemens controls and CAD input where needed.

- Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
- Working primarily on 3‑axis and 4‑axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells)
- Using Siemens controls - experience essential.
- Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential
- Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks
- Supporting breakdown work and quick‑turnaround jobs
- Producing high‑precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
- Weekend shifts - 34.5 hours per week
- Plenty of overtime available
- 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years
