You will develop CNC programmes and tooling strategies, supporting both established and new products to ensure safe, efficient production aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Basic CAD/CAM ability.
Proficient in NX CAD/CAM & Vericut desirable.
Highly developed communication skills; able to communicate at senior level.
Share and demonstrate Martin-Baker values.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing activities on old and new products.
Support a strategy for Lean Design for Manufacture.
Request new tooling should the need arise.
Support installations and commissioning of plant to ensure minimal business risk.
Provide advice and support on engineering/technical matters to ensure knowledge sharing.
Follow best practices for CNC programming, prove out, update and amend parts.
