Job summary

Martin-Baker is seeking a Materials and Process Engineer in Denham to support the Mechanical Engineering team. You will ensure materials and processes meet customer, regulatory and quality requirements, coordinating across teams to maintain performance and safety.

You will work with diverse materials and manufacturing processes, develop technical specifications, support material reviews, and contribute to engineering changes in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials science and engineering relevant to aerospace.
• Experience with heat treatment, testing and materials selection.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain materials specifications and fabric descriptions.
• Provide technical support for materials and process queries and defect investigations.
• Produce technical reports and communicate engineering findings to stakeholders.
