Unbiased, the UK’s leading financial advice marketplace, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to own consumer acquisition in the UK and USA. You will lead a 11-person marketing team and own growth across paid, organic, partnerships and AI-enabled channels, shaping strategy for both UK and US markets.

You will drive marketing economics, optimize capital allocation, and raise the standard of performance reviews. The role requires a data-driven leader able to scale with AI tools to boost productivity

Formación

• Experience leading consumer marketing at scale with budgets of £20m+
• Strong SEO and AI transition perspective for search
• Experience in consumer marketing at a marketplace or lead generation
• Proven ability to allocate and measure investments using data

Responsabilidades

• Marketing Economics & Growth: deliver short and long-term KPIs with strategy and capital allocation.
• Search and AI-driven discovery: define strategy for AI chatbots and agents.
• Paid performance: own paid search, paid social, video, partnerships and affiliates planning and budget.
• US consumer acquisition: own strategy, planning and execution for US growth.
• Team and standards: lead the team, raise planning and review standards, leverage AI tools to boost productivity.
