Job summary

Blackfield Associates is seeking a Maintenance & Asset Coordinator for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client. You will own the CMMS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliable planning data to drive performance.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality to align maintenance with production and GMP requirements, support audits, and generate KPI reports to improve asset reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP PM) in a regulated environment.
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, operations, and quality teams.
• Excellent data reporting and analysis capabilities (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own the CMMS to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor work orders, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
