Job summary
Cpl Life Sciences is recruiting a Maintenance and Asset Coordinator for a leading pharmaceutical site in the United Kingdom. You will ensure the CMMS operates effectively and supports planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and facilities activities across the site, with GMP and Home Office compliance.
The role acts as a central interface between engineering and operations, enabling data‑driven decision making and reporting of asset performance and maintenance KPIs to support
Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS in a regulated environment.
- Coordination with engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with preventive/corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle, and work order close-out.
- Ability to produce/interpret maintenance reports and KPIs.
- Support audit readiness with documentation and system records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of the CMMS.
- Support planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and facilities activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintenance on time and in full GMP compliance.
- Provide data-driven insights to asset performance and maintenance KPIs.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and system records.
