Job summary

Owen Mumford, a leading medical device company, seeks a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across sites. You will coordinate internal and external customers and service providers to ensure on-time completion of activities and maintain safety and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities include prioritising PPMs, managing spares, maintaining asset lists and schedules, and ensuring proper documentation and contractor induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, including moulding and assembly machinery.
• Knowledge of current safety regulations and GMP.
• Ability to apply theory to practical situations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repair abilities.
• Experience coordinating internal/external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise PPM activities and coordinate timely completion with internal/external parties.
• Manage stores/spares systems ensuring critical items are stocked.
• Maintain asset lists, schedules, and plans; review/update as required.
• Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance records are completed and signed off.
• Oversee site induction and safety of contractors related to plant maintenance.
• Develop processes to track completion of all PPM tasks.
• Create training programs with step-by-step task instructions.
