Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking an experienced Group Property Manager to lead maintenance, engineering standards and capital projects across its growing UK hotel portfolio. This senior role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to keep hotels safe, compliant and performing at a high standard.

Travel across the portfolio is regular, with a hybrid working pattern in the UK. The role supports hotel teams, oversees refurbishment projects and drives continuous improvement in asset performance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in property, engineering or facilities management across multi-site environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
• Experience delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment and capital investment projects.
• Commercial awareness with budget management and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Group Property Maintenance Strategy across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across property maintenance, engineering and asset management.
• Support hotel teams with expert advice, driving consistency and best practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop on-site maintenance teams across the portfolio.
• Lead property-related emergencies and business continuity planning.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental improvement initiatives.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
