We are proud to be working with a leading hotel group currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to join their senior leadership team.

In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and leadership of the sales function across a portfolio of up to six hotels, with a primary focus on properties based in London, as well as selected sites in the provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial performance across the cluster, delivering against revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead and inspire on-property and cluster sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Build strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality sector (multi-property or cluster experience preferred).
• Strong network within the UK hospitality market, particularly London.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
