Job summary

Bolton Wanderers FC is seeking a Club Shop Retail Supervisor to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer service and uphold merchandising standards on a permanent, on-site basis in Bolton. The role includes acting as Duty Manager in the Store Manager's absence and supporting recruitment, training and rota planning.

You will be responsible for stock control, cash handling, and processing deliveries, with flexibility to work match days, evenings and weekends.

• Previous retail experience, including supervising staff.
• Experience with cash handling, opening and closing, stock control and merchandising.
• Experience meeting targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Bolton Wanderers is looking for a Club Shop Retail Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of its retail store.

The Role

You will lead and develop the retail team, deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain merchandising and stock standards and act as Duty Manager when the Store Manager is absent.

• Desirable: full UK driving licence, retail software and visual merchandising experience
