David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead a busy club operation, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional member service. You will manage a team, plan events and drive guest satisfaction within a premium health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, leisure or sporting facility).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across club food & beverage operations.
• Oversee events and activities (summer BBQs, quiz nights, etc.).
• Ensure high standards of food quality and guest service across indoor and outdoor spaces.
