Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Norwich is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team across our Club Room's indoor and outdoor operations, delivering quality meals and outstanding service to members who expect a premium experience.

You will manage events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, foster an inclusive culture, and develop staff through internal training. This role combines day-to-day operations with guest hospitality in a vibrant health and wellness club.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with pride in delivering quality food and exceptional service.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (restaurant, attraction, or leisure).

Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Manager, we are looking for someone who is:

• A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
