Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead our club dining and events, delivering quality meals and exceptional service in a premium health and wellness environment.

You will oversee both indoor and outdoor service, coordinate events, and drive guest experiences that reflect our members’ expectations of quality and variety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team within indoor and outdoor operation.
• Plan and execute events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
• Deliver great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
