Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team across indoor and outdoor operations, delivering quality food and exceptional service to our members. You will oversee events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities, driving guest satisfaction and smooth operations while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture within the club.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail, or leisure).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Strong customer focus and collaborative working style.

• Manage a team within indoor and outdoor operations and events (summer BBQs, quiz nights, etc.).
