Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Norwich is seeking a Clubroom Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy indoor/outdoor operation, delivering quality food and exceptional service to members. You will manage a team, coordinate events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

We value self-motivated individuals who collaborate well with others and have proven experience running large service delivery facilities within leisure or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven with pride in delivering quality food and service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (restaurant, leisure, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within indoor and outdoor operations, overseeing day-to-day service.
• Plan and execute events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and guest experience across clubs.
