Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking an aspirational Bench Assistant Manager to join our Glasgow area venues. This bench role requires flex across multiple clubs, full-time 40 hours over 7 days with availability during opening hours.

You will lead teams, drive service standards, and ensure smooth operations in the absence of senior managers. You will champion Buzz Bingo values, deliver consistent customer experiences, coach staff, and support various departments to maximise performance across the customer

Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role.
• Evidence of bringing business awareness to decision making and understanding commercial drivers.
• Evidence of setting an example for customer service and interaction on the floor.
• Relentless focus on customer service standards with attention to detail.
• Commitment to own and others' development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General/Deputy Manager to ensure customer experience is consistently delivered across the customer journey.
• Take responsibility for overall Club performance in the absence of the General/Deputy Manager.
• Ensure all departments operate according to Buzz Bingo manuals, standards and procedures.
• Deliver a culture of exceptional customer service by coaching and encouraging team members.
• Direct, coach and support staff to coordinate activities and deliver Buzz Bingo branding and service standards.
• Ensure the Club represents the Buzz Bingo brand as instructed and staff levels support service throughout the day.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and use feedback to improve service delivery.
• Oversee a high quality food and beverage offering.
