Soho House & Co. is seeking a Club Manager in Frome to lead daily operations across hospitality, facilities, member services and events. You will drive service excellence, uphold brand standards, and inspire a culture of discretion and attentiveness among staff.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development, while maintaining a profitable and safe environment for members and guests. An on-site leader with strong collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hospitality operations in premium brands.
• Ability to train staff on service standards and brand programmes.
• Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across hospitality, facilities, member services and events.
• Train and develop hourly staff on core values and service delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions and consistency.
• Support recruitment by participating in interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Oversee onboarding and development to ensure polished, guest‑focused teams.
• Be visible on the floor, gather feedback, and communicate with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a superior experience.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for staff requests and problem solving.
