Soho House is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, overseeing service delivery, staff development and financial performance to maintain a vibrant, profitable club hub.

You will collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure signature cocktails and event drinks meet the highest standards, driving exceptional member experiences across all shifts.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and consistent brand delivery within a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can problem solve under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to demonstrate competency per training schedule and Club School.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing systems that enhance the member, guest and staff experience.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programs through storytelling and demos.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions and brand consistency.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Maximise revenue from all sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness standards per health and safety guidelines.
• Participate as a management team member in meetings and decision making.
• Delegate work and determine beverage methods to staff during shifts.
• Uphold appearance, compliance, safety and professionalism across the team.
