David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking an Operations Assistant in Manchester to support daily club operations. The role involves cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and greeting members while assisting multiple teams to ensure a safe, high-quality experience 7 days a week.

Ideally, candidates will have strong customer service instincts, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

• As Operations Assistant, a passion for customer service is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to support multiple clubs departments.

• Assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks across the club.
• Greet members and provide support to teams as needed throughout the day.
• Support departments to ensure members have a safe and excellent experience seven days a week.
