Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Manchester North is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations and ensure members feel safe and welcomed seven days a week.

You will assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing procedures, greeting members, and helping teams deliver excellent service. This role also offers career growth through internal training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with daily tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and assist teams to deliver a high-quality experience seven days a week.
• Assist with running club operations to ensure safety and smooth service.
