Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a club operations role to ensure staff coverage in line with opening hours, monthly rotas, stock control, cellar management, and health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate events, train staff and third-party providers, oversee administrative systems, and keep members informed of activities, while liaising with contractors for installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring bar is adequately staffed in line with club opening hours.
• Maintenance of agreed stock levels, minimising wastage and ordering of beers/wines.
• Control all aspects of cellar management.
• Help to ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are met.
• Managing events, including adequate staffing, coordinating with the customer and providing the goods and services required.
• Training and communicating with staff and third-party providers to ensure the highest standard of service is met.
• Ensure all administrative systems and procedures are implemented correctly and are maintained including membership, in a timely manner.
• Events and Club activities are correctly diarised, monitored and communicated with the staff.
• Entertainment for members booked for the year ahead and keeping members updated regularly.
• Liaising / scheduling with contractors for new installations, maintenance and annual service of club equipment.
