Job summary

Qualifications

• Receive and log all calls and requests from clients.
• Log activities and action alarms for client properties.
• Coordinate with supervisors during alarms and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.
• Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.
• Liaise with our customers and escalate call information to supervisors when needed.
• Monitor welfare check calls for all client sites and ensure timely relay of information.
• Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.
