Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bars and entertainment venues, delivering memorable guest experiences with clear direction and strong motivation.

You will drive performance through hands-on leadership, manage budgets and resources, ensure safety and compliance, and coach a team to grow through training and development, while maintaining high service standards. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bar Manager or Venue Manager roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management and cellar management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
