Job summary

Fuel Recruitment is assisting a leading telecommunications provider to recruit a Cloud VoIP Engineer for an office-based role in Lincoln. The engineer will install, configure and support Cloud VoIP systems, SIP-based services and related networking gear, including site visits.

Responsibilities include fault management, provisioning support, and customer training while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, configuring and supporting Cloud VoIP systems.
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP technologies and hosted telephony platforms.
• Experience with networking equipment and structured cabling work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain telecoms and networking infrastructure.
• Manage and update fault tickets and documentation in CRM.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLA across multiple services.
• Support provisioning, onboarding, number porting and system config.
• Provide technical support via phone, email and on-site visits.
• Deliver user training and guidance on VoIP and telephony systems.
