Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is seeking a Managed Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team in Fareham. You will support cloud voice and communications solutions and resolve technical incidents with a customer-first mindset.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, applying your networking and VoIP knowledge to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver outstanding service while keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or service desk environment.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based telephony or VoIP solutions.
• Understanding of IP networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching) and SIP.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Decisive, independent worker with a proactive attitude.
• Passion for customer service and delivering outstanding outcomes.
