Job summary

FYRE Global Limited is seeking a Contract Telephony Solutions Architect to deploy and optimise AI-supported voice systems for clients. The role focuses on configuring real customer platforms and delivering end-to-end changes, not just support.

The contractor will work on ElevenLabs to build AI call agents and will align with North American coverage. Candidates should have hands-on cloud telephony experience across major platforms, or in-depth AI agent rollout experience, and be comfortable with

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience optimising cloud telephony platforms (8×8, Five9, RingCentral, Gamma, NetSapiens, GoTo).
• Experience on one or two platforms plus 6–12 months building and rolling out AI call agents.
• Consultative approach and ability to explain call groups, queues and auto-attendants to non-technical clients.
• Comfortable working the 1pm-10pm shift (UK time).
• Available at short notice for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Log onto client telephony platforms, review setups against pain points and recommend changes.
• Run solution proposal calls with clients and an implementation manager; explain options clearly.
• Configure, test and deploy changes end-to-end with no handover to a separate install team.
• Build and deploy AI call agents on ElevenLabs; start with out-of-hours routing, then in-hours.
• Onboard quickly with the established architecture team and training.
