Job summary

Fyre Global Ltd seeks a Contract Telephony Solutions Architect to implement AI-powered voice systems for client deployments. You will configure and optimise cloud telephony platforms, address pain points, and lead end-to-end changes with minimal handover.

You'll run solution proposal calls, explain options to both technical and non-technical clients, and deploy ElevenLabs-based AI call agents. The role requires shift 1pm-10pm UK time and on-site 3 days/week or remote for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience optimising cloud telephony platforms.
• Experience on 8x8, Five9, RingCentral, Gamma, NetSapiens, or GoTo.
• 6–12 months building and deploying AI call agents.
• Ability to explain call groups, queues and auto-attendants to non-technical clients.
• Availability for 1pm–10pm UK time shift.

Responsibilities

• Review client telephony setups and recommend changes to address pain points.
• Run solution proposal calls with clients and implementation managers.
• Configure, test and deploy changes end-to-end with no handover.
• Build and deploy AI call agents on ElevenLabs, starting with out-of-hours routing.
• Join an established team of architects and train with permanent staff.
