Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Systems Engineer to build and operate services for customers, automate service operations and deployment methods, and mentor junior team members in a large-scale, high-availability environment.

You will leverage Linux and networking expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and automations, and drive efficiency and quality across our service operations while owning and evolving a broad stack of AWS services.

Formación

• Experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Perl, Bash, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead in building, deploying, operating and sustaining services in cloud production environments.
• Use trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and refine procedures for the team and internal customers.
