Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Systems Engineer to build and operate services for customers, automate operations and deployments, and mentor junior team members. The role involves a high-availability, large-scale environment focused on Access and Identity services, troubleshooting and driving improvements with data and metrics.

We value engineers who can own complex problems, design reliable systems, and push for automation to reduce manual toil.

Competenze

• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems).
• Experience programming with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Experience designing or architecting reliable, scalable systems.

• Build, deploy, operate, and sustain services for customers in a large-scale cloud environment.
• Investigate metrics and root causes to drive improvements in efficiency, reliability and performance.
• Automate manual tasks and improve operational processes through tooling and AI-assisted approaches.
