Your Impact:

We’re looking to welcome an experienced Cloud Services Programme Manager to join our world-leading technology company within the eDiscovery division. This role is pivotal in overseeing case management, mentoring teams, consulting with clients, and driving software feature development. You will work closely with internal sales teams and senior Legal Tech management to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you need to succeed:

• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing principles, legal document review systems, and Technology Assisted Review (TAR)
• Experience across:
• End-to-end project management – from initiation to final production
• Developing project strategies and workflows to optimize efficiency
• Software enhancements and feature development
• Understanding forensic principles and their relevance to eDiscovery
• Budget control for effective project financial management

What the role offers:

• Act as the primary liaison with both internal and external clients, fostering strong relationships and a solutions-driven mindset
• Manage client expectations effectively, addressing concerns while ensuring business objectives are met
• Oversee multiple projects of varying complexity, developing clear metrics, action plans, and deliverables
• Allocate and manage team resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery across projects
• Identify and resolve/escalate issues as required, ensuring smooth operations
• Mentor and lead both junior and senior team members, promoting best practices and professional growth
• Monitor success through key performance metrics, eliminating roadblocks, and driving excellence
• Collaborate with senior managers to shape the team, business unit, and eDiscovery platform strategy
