Nature of work completed in the job:

  • Orchestrates program execution collaborating with top vehicle manufacturers, ensuring full alignment and meeting expectations
  • Manages cross-functional teams to deliver multiple related projects on schedule, focusing on quality and following company strategy
  • Facilitates effective communication between stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturers and other different players in the industry


Contribution Level:

  • Fosters cross functional collaboration with Keyloop stakeholders
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with manufacturers and other key players
  • Contributes to expand and accelerate Keyloop product and strategy vision; from OEM certifications to full journey ecosystems
  • Ability to address customer needs promptly and effectively, meeting expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex programs ensuring alignment of program goals with global manufacturers expectations and company vision.
  • Manages multiple cross-functional program team members to effectively plan and execute program initiatives, managing resources efficiently
  • Promotes open communication and collaboration among team members and other internal or external stakeholders.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks throughout the program lifecycle to minimize potential impacts.
  • Tracks progress against established timelines and priorities, making adjustments when necessary.
  • Spots and facilitates problem-solving and decision-making processes to address challenges promptly.
  • Proposes continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program outcomes and efficiency
  • Provides regular updates and reports on program status to senior management and stakeholders.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Project Management:
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, or Waterfall
  • Proven experience leading complex programs and applying main principles such us scope alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Technical:
  • Familiarity with IT systems and processes, SaaS environments and cloud computing concepts
  • Automotive Industry:
  • High level understanding of the automotive industry, including trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of OEM sales and aftersales journeys
  • Supervision / Leadership:
  • Individual contributor role while engaging with extensive number of stakeholders like P&E, sales and others. Strong alignment with the OEM brand director is required and key for the success of the programs
  • Skill in leading cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and team work
  • Ability to set clear expectations, motivating the team members as needed.
  • Capacity to align program goals with company strategy, promoting it internally
  • Capability to identify, manage and resolve conflicts within the program


Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to identify potential risks and stablish risk mitigation controls
  • Skill to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions under uncertainty scenarios
  • Capacity to anticipate to potential challenges, evaluating alternatives and proactively addressing them before they escalate
  • Relationship Focus
  • Strong communication skills to deliver program status, updates, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facility to build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to address customer needs promptly and effectively, meeting expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction


Nice to have:

  • Automotive or SAAS background, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin), preferably but not mandatory.
