Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Pre-Sales Architect to drive cloud-based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace. You will engage with Microsoft partners, conduct workshops, and shape technical roadmaps.

The role emphasizes relationship-building across partners, vendors, and internal teams, with opportunities to lead technical enablement and revenue-driving initiatives in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, primarily Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Broader knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid Solutions and Cloud Security; AWS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resellers and customer needs to drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regional staff.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for vendor products and services.
• Conduct meetings with partners to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of pre-sales and architecture to solve complex problems.
• Contribute to building technical awareness through roadmaps, workshops, and events.
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge.
• Contribute to revenue and profitability through strategic initiatives.
• Assist junior colleagues with guidance and mentorship.
