Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pre-Sales Architect to join our Cloud team. The role focuses on technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement with emphasis on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace, plus optional exposure to AWS.

You will drive sales through strategic engagements with Microsoft Partners, train partners, and deliver tailored cloud solutions while working remotely.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting and enablement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, especially Azure and Modern Workplace.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and partner programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Exposure to AWS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate resellers and customer needs to drive sales and develop opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regional staff across all verticals.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for vendors' products and services.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of pre-sales and solution architecture to solve complex problems.
• Contribute to building technical awareness through roadmaps, workshops, webinars and events.
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance knowledge of products and services.
• Contribute to revenue and profitability through initiatives and activities.
