You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the engineering customer and shaping scalable infrastructure offerings. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field in financial services or tech.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure – AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements, and value management.
• Experience delivering large, complex digital initiatives with cross-team dependencies.
• Experience with software delivery best practices and MVPs across multi-country requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develops and articulates a clear product strategy for the Cloud Infrastructure area, delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions for engineers and integrate into the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks product key metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Builds strong relationships across departments, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Investments.
• Defines and manages a highly organized roadmap and backlog to deliver impactful products.
• Champions the product development process and strives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Balances business and technical objectives and translates them into clear engineering priorities.
• Oversees product development, testing, and release management to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participates in agile ceremonies to drive transparency and continuous learning.
