Motability Operations Ltd is seeking a Cloud Platform professional to support, maintain and improve highly scalable cloud infrastructure. Reporting into the Platform Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring availability of the services.

You’ll work with Platform Services run and build squads in an agile environment, focusing on reliability, continuous improvement and delivering value to customers as an integral part of Motability Operations cloud

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Platform Service Delivery Lead the key responsibility of the role is to support, maintain and improve highly scalable and reliable cloud platform infrastructure services. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Cloud Platform and be accountable for its availability.

Who you’ll be working with

Platform Services are responsible for ensuring that our cloud platforms are always available to meet the needs of our customers.

Continuous improvement is a key ethos of the team. The teams are organised into run and build squads. The run squad is responsible for day to day monitoring. and support. The Build squad looks for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the services that we offer. Both squads’ work in a fully agile way and are rotated.
