Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Senior Engineer in Platform Engineering to lead the design, delivery and evolution of CI/CD capabilities across the enterprise, focusing on the Azure DevOps-to-GitHub transition, platform tooling, and integration with Snowflake and Databricks.

You will act as SME for DevOps tooling, embedding security into pipelines, enabling self-service templates, and mentoring engineers while aligning with governance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps transformation initiatives, including migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub, with standardised CI/CD pipelines, reusable workflows and release automation frameworks.
