Job summary

InfraView is seeking a Microsoft Practice Lead for Cloud, Modern Workplace and AI in the UK. The role focuses on building and growing a client-facing practice, owning people, commercial performance and future direction.

You’ll work with senior leadership, Sales, Presales and Delivery, shaping propositions across Azure, Modern Workplace and AI. The role is predominantly home-based with regular collaboration in London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Professional Services, Consultancy or technology practice.
• Strong people leadership with commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing pipeline, utilization, forecasting, profitability and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice ensuring growth, strategy and capability.
• Manage pipeline, utilization, profitability and forecasting.
• Oversee recruitment, skills gaps and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Sales & Presales to create demand.
• Build propositions across Azure, Modern Workplace and AI.
