Cloud Decisions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data & AI Architect to shape modern Azure-based data platforms for customers. You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, architect enterprise-scale solutions, and mentor teams as the Data & AI practice grows.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and AI services is highly valued; you’ll collaborate with Microsoft and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, data-driven AI-enabled enterprises.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and delivering Azure-based Data & AI platforms.
Strong engagement with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Architect modern, enterprise-scale Data & AI platforms on Microsoft Azure.
Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory engagements.
Design solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Purview, Synapse Analytics and Power BI.
Build AI-ready data platforms supporting analytics, ML and Generative AI.
Architect solutions using Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
Design RAG architectures, knowledge discovery solutions and intelligent applications.
Champion Responsible AI, governance, security and architectural best practice.
Mentor consultants, engineers and architects.
Support pre-sales, proposals, solution estimates and customer business cases.
Help create repeatable Data & AI services and accelerators as the practice grows.
