Job summary

SF Technology Partners in Nottingham is seeking an IT Operations Manager to own a modern, cloud-first corporate IT environment across international locations.

You'll work with senior leadership and MSPs to ensure secure, reliable technology, drive automation, strengthen security controls and develop an IT operating model that scales with the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating a modern Microsoft environment.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with service ownership and stakeholder management.
• Strong focus on information security controls and ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.

• Own day-to-day corporate IT environment and services.
• Manage MSPs and technology partners and ensure service delivery.
• Strengthen security, implement automation and improve operational controls.
• Develop an IT operating model scalable to international growth.
• Identify and drive opportunities to simplify processes and automate requests.
