AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) seeks a skilled Change & Release Manager to govern end-to-end change and release delivery for complex cloud solutions in a government-aligned environment. You will lead governance, risk assessment, and CAB coordination across HMRC-related migrations and Run & Operate phases.

Ideal candidates will have solid ITIL practice, CAB facilitation, and demonstrated experience with CI/CD and cloud deployment patterns in a governed AWS setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change and Release Management within large IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management, Release and Deployment.
• Proven ability to chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

Responsabilités

• Govern end-to-end change and release lifecycle from assessment to closure.
• Lead transition across Dev → Test → Prod with evidence and sign-off.
• Coordinate with SIAM, internal teams and suppliers to minimise disruption.
